I'm going to check out my plugs soon and prob change them before i do my MAF relocation and I was wondering what you guys suggest for running 7lbs. of boost. I heard denso is good but i don't really know much about plugs and i heard that i should use 1 range colder? Please help

Get plugs for an MSP gapped at .032.

i picked up some NGK V-Power. NGK makes the stock plugs as well. most people say not to use Bosch (not sure why) and some use Denso but I would say most will say NGK.

Denso IK22 plugs...
extended reach and one step colder than stock MSP plugs (great for 8+psi) (IIRC)
otherwise follow the recommendations for NGK (although I dont know model #s for NGK) you just want to make sure its gapped @ .32 and ATLEAST the same temp. as the stock MSP plugs if not colder.
reason people say not to use bosch is because they burn other rediculously quick and are known for causing misfires.
