Since the door got smashed in, Besides letting insurance fix it ($1500) How can i do it myself. i need a brand new Sunlight silver door( Are there anyother Protege's with the same door?) Or a website i can buy one from? Please help.

Sucks to hear, man. With only 500 SS made, the chances are slim that you'll find one wrecked you can snag a factory-painted door off of, but that would be my first choice. Start calling (and keep calling) around. There's bound to be one somewhere you can scavenge a door from, and it will likely be a ton cheaper than a new door plus a paint match with our 3-stage paint.

isn't the sunlight silver on the MSP the same as the sedans and P5? so it's not really the limited 500 SS of the MSP (i thought there was alot less than that). anyways ... you'd probably have to call around and search for one.

yeah, sunlight silver is a dime a dozen. my old pro was one of a gazillion. will be the exact same outside skin. inside panel is the same too, except the switch surround color varies based on the year.

That would be a bit help. I didn't realize it was on other Proteges as well. That greatly increases your chances of finding a door.

my fiend's door that had a huge ding and scratch on it was fixed for 200$ including paint!

tomorrow...hopefully i will have access to a blue 03.5
MSP and i was gonna pull everything i could off of it including the doors.. shipping maybe a SOB but make me an offer. i know it's not SS... lmk..
