OK guys here it is . My car is like almost 4 yrs old and the paint is completly faded . almost no shine to it at all . so i am thinking about painting it a completely different color this is kinda the color i want to go with . but it is going to be more metallic and more of a custom orange. just for the sack of showing you what i mean here is a car that has a close to the color i want . http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f386/wickedone1982/03_nissan_murano_f3-4_500.jpg

id say pearl white... white FTW, but metallic orange is hot too... what ever u want just make sure u like it,
there was an orange"ish" color in the first year or two of the 3 and the 6, forgot the exact name of it but i really liked that color, maybe more of a copper actually.

I love an orange car, but not as bronse as the pic above, more on the spicy msp side of things would be nice.

yeah thats what i am leaning towards to . it wont be for like 3 months but this is my plan i have a shop ready to do all the work . fix my imperfections , minor dents , stress cracks in my body kit etc.
i have seen his work b4 great job . so i trust it will come out right not to mention he said that the color i want is his favorite color so he would put special care into it . I want something to be different and unique
something that if i was at a show someone would be like wow that is different but wow it looks good .!

that car looks fast just sitting there.
not so much spicey. or the copper.
white looks good. But the porsche color isnt bad. You might have to change the wheel colors also? or stick with the black?

they told me 2200 for stock white again and 2800/3000 if i go custom , that covers the few minor dents and fixs the fitment in my kit and small stress cracks in the kit , all the accents in the cf , hood and trunk , interior pcs and strut bar painted .

Well they have to paint anything that is white all over but a different color , Copper , burnt orange , flake . and fix all the things with my body kit . he is going to remove the whole kit and reinstall it correctly ..
the funny thing is his name is

i'm sure if you wanted to you could get your stock white shining again. Assuming you're not actually missing paint in places or stuff like that. If its just dulled, that can be taken care of.
If you are set on repainting, though, i vote for some form of orange!!!! But not spicy. Both because then it wouldn't be so unique, and also because spicy can look kinda ugly at certain angles in the sun (at others its just awesome though).
If i ever repaint my car, i'm taking it to a guy a know who does lots of custom motorcycle work. It would probably cost me near 5 grand, but it would be soooooooo nice. I've seen his work and it just leaves me in AWE.

heh. i like the pink. also, i like the color on that tibby.
i think it'd be funny to have a car that's fast and pink so you kill another "fast" car and they're all like fuck i just got beat by a pink car.
anyways, my vote is the porsche red.

I would try first a clay bar, maybe get it professionally buffed. See if you can pop the color back if not I would go white again. Also some interiors don't look right with a completely different exterior paint job so make sure whatever you pick is compatible with the interior and for those dents, not sure how big they are, but take them somewhere where they do small dent repairs, i.e., hail damage, etc. And make sure before you re-paint if you decide to, make sure everything is aligned properly (front fender, rear) make sure you get whatever doesn't line up properly fixed.

Black headliners look awsome in these cars. Especially if you paint the pillars black. That is what I did. The pic i have doesnt have the pilars black yet but you can see how it looks in black suede.

You should do MSP blue, it looks better with the cf trunk and hood, and then get the roof painted black (just the middle part, not over the doors) and the outer sides of the hood body color. It would match your underglow?:)
Oh, btw...the girls said they really liked your car lastnight!

You should go with the dodge color called "orange blast" known to be a fav. color for the srt-4. Very eye catching color. I've thought about when my car is ready for some new paint that I might go with that color or something very similiar. The wheels and carbon should really make it pop.
