when I installed my Hiboost kit w/pipes, I didn't think too much about the fact that it required the detachment of the right side (as you are looking at the car) of the radiator from a fixed point. Now, after a couple years installed, it's starting to rub against the Injen pipe off the turbo and really bugging me. I believe this is becuase of the stress of weight of the radiator on the one bracket still holding it on the left side.

I should mention I picked the Hiboost up used, so it may be missing a necessary part. I can't figure out where something would have attached to the radiator to keep this from happening though.

Anyone else have/had this issue? How did you attach that right side of the radiator to a fixed point so it doesn't sit against the Injen pipe? Should the Hiboost kit have included something to prevent this?

with the newer hiboost kits a radiator support was included... was it not in your kit? if so contact juan for one and that should help, if not try to loosen the injen pipe and toggle it around a bit, it helps.

Turns out the rattling was due to my cold pipe being too long. When I relocated my maf I simply didn't cut enough off, so it was pushing the bottom of the pipe near the intercooler against some plastic. It only sounded like it was the radiator.

Either way, I cut the pipe a little more and fab'd a bracket for the radiator. Problem solved.

Thanks for the tip in any case.
