I guess this topic is new, so I admit it. I turned to Ford. I loved my MSP, but I needed more power! When the '05 Mustang GT came out, I knew it was just a matter of time. I didn't drive one for a year, but I joined a forum to find out more about the car. The first model year of a car is always going to have problems, and the 'stang was no exception. In fact, not many showed up around here for awhile. I finally saw one at the dealer, and just showed up to check it out. The sales guy let me drive it, and I was thinking "Holy Fuck! This thing is fast!"

I went in to get out of the cold when I saw it. Torch red, red leather, manual tranny. It was loaded with everything you could get, and had 6 miles on it. 3 hours later, I was heading for home in my new pony.

I got a decent trade for the MSP. It sold about a week later to some guy who lived near my work. I kept seeing him almost everyday, but we were always passing each other on a narrow 2 lane, and couldn't turn around fast enough to catch him. (I was going to give him a lot of stock parts.)

Well, I haven't seen him lately, so he either totaled it or moved.

This GT responds so well to mods, and is much less expensive to do it.

I still miss the handling of the MSP, though.(hand)

Aww I was hoping you joined the forced induction "dark side".. but instead, you left it.

I don't like driving cars faster than mine because I'm afraid I'll be inclined to sell my P5 :P

Congrats, I got love for the new mustangs even if I think they are slightly chunky.

Don't mess with anyone driving a GTO though:)
