fog light

my right fog light is loose and I just bought the car, and im new to it still. anyone have any suggestions on where to look to fix this? I can turn the glass part with my hand... its loose somewhere.

turn the glass? weird. Normally when they get loose they rattle up and down, there's a bolt behind them that you can tighten. There's a few 8mm bolts underneath the car holding the splash guard in place, and then you can bend it down and kinda feel for the bolt. Jacking up the car would definitely help you so you can really see underneath it.

ahh thanks. yea.. it rattles like crazy... makes the car sound like a shit box. i'll go check for that bolt

I just checked the bolts. i saw 3 of them, 2 on the sides 1 in the back. they all look fine. and i couldent turn them. its weird cause i can move the whole glass assembly with my hand. and cant find where its loose under the car...

you shouldn't be able to turn the glass from that, weird. You can remove the one bolt in the rear to remove the fog light from the car (you also gotta unplug the plug that's right back there somewhere). there are two little screws that I think hold the glass on to the fog light, maybe one is loose? I dunno I've never had the glass out (still have original bulbs installed)
