Sqweaking from rear of 04 3 5 dr

I have a sqweaking noise coming from the rear of my 5 door. I jumped on the back bumper and it didnt sqweak so I dont think it is the suspension. You can hear it inside and outside the car when I drive, especially when I go over bumps. Any ideas?

Nope. It's not a scraping noise. Is is a sqweaking noise.

you sure its coming from the hatch and not from the breaks?
It may be the calipers or the breaks or the rorots.
Did you take it in to the dealer?

Yeah it is out of warranty so they didnt do a whole lot for me on it. They lubed the hatch lock and looked at the suspension. It doesnt sqweak when I break though.

Get a friend to ride in the back seat with the windows open to help localize and identify the sound. When you know where it is coming from it'll be easier to find.
