Speed Vs High Boost

Has anyone heard which one is quicker, the MS3 or a M3 with a high boost kit?

comparing a stock car with a modified one is just not right...

Same thing I was thinking, a modified car with a larger turbo than the stock car that just came that way is kinda futile.
