Which 01+ front, the regular sedan or the MSP/MP3 bumper? If its the later, you need the MSP/P5 bumper reinforcement, plus the splash shields and various hardware. Check out the conversion thread for the part numbers.

I think the "radiator support" is the upper grill, so yes you do need a 01+ one.

If you have to buy a new one, might as well get one for a 01+. I think they are the same though.
Pm this guy, he's done the 99-01 swap.

No, the rad supports are not the same. You will need to install a '01+. I havn't done the swap, but I do Collision repair for a living. Do you have any experience with this type of work?

i'm pretty sure the fenders, headlights, hood are interchangable from the 01 to the 99

they are different form the 99 and the 01+ but what i meant was you could swap everything, you just have to get 01+ fenders, headlights, hood, grill, bumper, etc.

I see, but I don't think that'll work because the rad supports are different. That means different mounting points for the headlights etc.

yeah the rad supports are different. not by much though, the 99-00 headlights have a bracket that holds them, it bolts on and off, but the 01+ has a little mounting point for the fenders. i had everything to do this swap+msp, but the bumper support and a new bumper cover because the used one i bought was a p5 and i didn't want the side markers.

Hope all works out with the information I gave you.
The radiator support is different, true.
But you can swap the hood, fenders, headlights, bumper onto the old radiator support. Not very clean fitment though.
But with little modification to the radiator support, relocating and drilling a new hole for mounting the headlights and trimming or bending a little piece on the side it fits pretty good.
Thats how I did it. Had the new radiator support (still have it) but didn't use it eventually.

for a bigger picture.
I just don't have the bumper support, expensive to buy new and hard to get.
But not real sagging problems to be honest.
