Hi guys,
I knew the sp2.3 has more torque vs the interga 157kW but less torque.
The sp comes up power quicker(6000rmp). But I could be wrong...
Do you think from 0-100km.h, the sp would level with integra???
The fact figure for integra is around 7.8sec so as sp2.3(8 or 8.5sec not sure).
Tell me???which car would win....in street.
thanks

Sorry,
I think you missed understood. Integra 157kw-power /torque=190nm; sp3 with115kw/203nm torque.
I hope this clears up.

I dont' have a great concept of horsepower in KW units. But, you can gain a few HP with NA mods.
As for the RSX-S, it would rip up the Mazda 3 2.3L anyday.

thanks for your reply. My aim is to upgrade my current LS integra....very old already but still quick enough to keep up with V6s...I want to buy a car which is quicker than current(0-100km/h) 7.5 sec(NA moded)from 8.2 sec.
What car do you think is quicker than mine(new car please); Wrx would be mine "dream car" but any thing before that( no v8 or v6 please) or civic type r.
Can you guys give me some thought?
thanks

Well Lotus makes a few nice 4 cylinder engine cars.....and FYI: you cant compare cars solely on HP/Torque numbers alone (as much as marketing wheenies would want you to believe you can)- without knowing other items such as weight, drive train, gear ratios, handling characteristics, etc. i- doing it by hp/torque alone is at best a general guess.. and the more cylinders in a car doesnt mean quicker either.. a 4 cylinder EVO is faster than a V8 Mustang to 60 (100 kph) - then again 0-60 is only 10% of the story...
Some cars that are faster than a 7.5 sec car and have 4 cylinders:
MS3, Mini, MX-5, Chevy Cobalt SS, Civic SI, Evo, Solstice, Scion Tc, VW GTI just to name a FEW..
