I found a site where they send it painted for $330, so I may just do that. Thanks for the help though.

Will do. check for it tomorrow ngiht if all goes well. Today the painter at the body shop called in sick, he should be back tomorrow. Now i know how those guys on the car/chopper mod shows on tv feel with set backs..lol...i was planning my afternoon around taht install.

well I'd like to post images of a finished and installed BUT for some reason, the body shop I took it to for paint last saturday is just brining it into the paint booth this morning for paint. I'm quite angry considering the $150 he is charging...I am going to discuss that with him when I get it. He said it'd be done monday afternoon, but now its thursday afternoon. ugh...hope I get it tonight.

Mine matched my ES spoiler holes, but there was one additional hole on each side that needed to be drilled for some type of plug/stabilizer. Takes 15 minutes to drill, prep, and install. If you order through Mazda, you SHOULD be able to get it prepainted, since the MSP came in that color.

It took me ~1hr for full install, including hard wiring the brake light. It was a piece of cake.

Screw the $150, pay him what he deserves for making you wait.You guys that don't do paint should have a little more understanding..AndI wouldn't touch your spoiler for $150..So you better be happy your getting it done soo cheaply.It amazes me how much you guys bitch about having to wait a couple of extra days....My MSP spent over 100 days in the body shop getting repaired last year..when it was only supposed to take 4 weeks...Geesh..I guess you guys have it hard.

I'd touch your spoiler for $150. But not paint it.

For $150 I could pay someone to sneak up to Santos's car and take his spoiler off. It's already Sand Mica so I wouldn't have to paint it (laugh)

or in my case for $150 i can get 3 coats of dupont paint and 3 coats of clear and a late explination that the painter was out with the flu and got backed up. So i guess having my spoiler painted for $150 isnt a bad deal...
