Well guys today I finally went through with it, I got rid of my msp. I guess the reason I did is because I had alot of trouble with the car and I was scared of blowing the motor or the lsd breaking. I'll miss it alot!! :( The car That I bought to replace it is a 2003 Mittsibishi Lancer Evolution 8!! Its black and man 18 pounds of boost feels great!!!! (glare)

You won't miss the MSP for long. Just mod that Evo. Let me know if I can get you anything for it.

How bad is the insurance on one of those? I've been looking to get a 2006 MR but I've read that the EVO is on like the top 10 list for highest insurance!

Yeah I second the insurance issue. I almost went the same route since I didn't feel it would be fun to build the car and found my insurance would go $300 up. Also would have to start making payments which I don't have with the MP3. She's mine...not the banks anymore.

How much are those motors putting out compaired to like the 06 RS? I know the RS is pushing I think 286bhp and like 289tq

Dont the older models have a little less hp? Anyways if you saved money on insurance then grats on a freakin awesome car!

the internals are good for about 30 psi. Most people with evo's with just a good tune run 26 psi all day every day
