How hard is it to install motor mounts on an 02 ES? Or does anyone know of a GOOD shop that can in the DC Metro area? (pissed)

The rear is a whole lot easier if you remove the IM.

I couldn't get the bolts going through the mounts loose if it weren't for my pnuematic impact wrench. Otherwise, it was pretty easy. I think it took me about 90 minutes to do the front and sides. Only hard part is getting the bolts lined back up on the sides well enough to get the bolts threaded back into the chassis.

I might have to make a trip up there to take a look and get some ideas from ur ride sometime soon, though. Hopefully I'll get a chance to change the motor mounts this weekend. Thanks!!!!

ThermoBloker is the phenolic block between the head and the intake manifold to keep the IM cooler.
It does make a difference in the temp of the IM.
