Chrome is to to blingin for a ride with a turbo sorry. Save that for the escalades hommie. Either way though, its just my opinion and good job putting more Mazdas on the road :)

All of those CX-7s better be lowered as soon as eibach comes out with their Pro-kit.. they need it badly! holy fender gap! If you're not going to lower it at least get some meatier tires so it doesn't look so off.

ive always put aftermarkets on my cars, the CX-7 may be the first car i own that wont get them, i think the standard rims look the best out of everyting ive seen. These wide/deep dish or chrome or whatever just make the car look terrible imo. Some make it look like a wagon, or a cheap hatchback, they just dont look right.
nice rims tho

ugly IMO.
yeah, blinging it doesnt fit well into the CX7. And the gap is horrible, I don't dig the black rims....it looks like a soap derby boxcar

i agree 1000% that gap looks so bad! and this car even looks worse with the black wheels! might as well put the spare tire on for same look!! i have some nice 20s on my cx-7 chrome but not too blingy and i am so close to rubbing with mine now! so 22s is insane (unless you go low profile and lower) chrome wheels just suit the copper red CX-7

That's a good look. I have the 17" version of these rims. I would defiently push that whip. Now if only my wife would let me trade the p5 for a cx-7.

This makes baby jesus cry. It looks like people have found a cheaper escalade. If you like that you'll LOVE this.

Really not feeling the blingers at all. I can live with chrome but I just don't understand why its a prerequisite that a 22" wheel must be accompanied by the most hideous designs. There were a couple ok designs though. Like the red one towards the end. I'd go with a slight drop with some nice comfortable springs and some volks or oz's in the 19 to 20 range and call it a day.

to each their own....I personally like the rims....get it dropped whenever springs come out.

what size tires are on the 22"
MrPirelliCX7
06-05-2007, 09:17 PM
to be honest that looks a bit overdone but the tire companies are going to be bringing more and more 22 inch sizes to market, you need a little bit taller profile to get rid of the huge gap, and a little bit less on the section width so they dont stick out so far.
Are you running 265/35/22 I imagine the ride is terrible on the CA freeways, since they are horrible even in a mercedes

Yeah, with those rubber bands on the wheels (as seen in the OP), the wheel gap makes it look like you left the spring retainers in. Not my cup of tea, but if you like it, then that's what matters.

dude I need those pimpstar rims...I'm gonna use them to ask my gf to marry me because I know that would definitely impress her!!!
To be honest, I'm suprised it took this long to do something since people have been doing some type of neon lighting on their wheels or brakes for like 10 yrs now...

Run out of cousins???
Just messin' with you. The 22's are too big for my taste I think 20's are as big as I'd personally go. But I say it's your car do what you like. Not everyone would have put the shark fin and zoom-zoom 3rd brake light like I did.

Third brake light? man, i had my 7 for a while, but i still don't know a whole lot about it! i'm definetly keepin the stock rims OR gettin 20's WITH a lowered suspension
i think these will do fine! 6th one down, EIBACH
