</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>Sure, we'd all love to drive supercars every day of the week, but for practical reasons this simply isn't possible. That's why everyone at the office is so fond of sportwagons and tourers. Take a look at our list of the top 10 hot wagons.

Tenth Place:Subaru Legacy GT

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0702_z+2007_subaru_legacy_gt_wagon+01.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0702_z+2007_subaru_legacy_gt_wagon+06.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0702_z+2007_subaru_legacy_gt_wagon+08.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0702_z+2007_subaru_legacy_gt_wagon+09.jpg

The Legacy won consecutive Automobile All-Star awards for a reason, and we can't leave it off the list. It's steering is brilliant. It's cabin, BMW-like. Too bad it's so anonymous....

Ninth Place: Ford Mondeo Wagon Concept

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_ford_mondeo_wagon+5.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_ford_mondeo_wagon+6.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_ford_mondeo_wagon+8.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_ford_mondeo_wagon+4.jpg

This pre-production concept shown at the 2006 Paris show makes us oh-so-very jealous of Ford's European models. They get this gem and we get what? The Freestyle? Yeah, that's fair....

Eighth Place: Opel Vectra OPC Wagon

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_opel_vectra_opc+1.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_opel_vectra_opc+2.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_opel_vectra_opc+4.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_opel_vectra_opc+5.jpg

The Vectra might use the same platform as a Chevy Malibu, but the Malibu doesn't get the OPC's turbocharged V-6, doesn't look this hot, and definitely doesn't do 161 mph....

Seventh Place: Dodge Magnum/300c

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2008_dodge_magnum+1.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2008_dodge_magnum+3.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2008_dodge_magnum+4.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2008_dodge_magnum+7.jpg

In various parts of the world, this duo is available a low price tag, a Mercedes-sourced diesel, or a demonic 420-horsepower, 6.1-liter V-8. It's a perfect modern interpretation of the classic.

Sixth Place: Alfa Romeo 159 Sportwagon

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_alfa_romeo_159_sportwagon+1.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_alfa_romeo_159_sportwagon+2.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_alfa_romeo_159_sportwagon+3.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_alfa_romeo_159_sportwagon+4.jpg

When it comes to Italian cars, it's all about the experience. As if the 159 weren't gorgeous enough, the screaming wail of the 159's 260-horsepower V-6 is enough to bring grown men to their knees. Behold the most gorgeous wagon in the world....

I'm digging that Vectra....hmmm it looks kinda like a Saturn Aura.....wonder why.....hmmmm......it would make a nice Aura Redline.

Fifth Place: BMW 335d Touring/335it M-Tech

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_bmw_3_series_touring1.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_bmw_3_series_touring2.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_bmw_3_series_touring3.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_bmw_3_series_touring4.jpg

Here's a diesel-powered 3-series wagon that an M3 can barely outrun. With 286 horsepower and 427 lb-ft of torque, its ability to shred tires is matched only by its incredible fuel consumption: 39 mpg on the highway....

Fourth Place: Mitsubisho :Lancer EVO IX Wagon

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_mitsubishi_lancer_evolution_IX_wagon+0 1.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_mitsubishi_lancer_evolution_IX_wagon+0 4.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_mitsubishi_lancer_evolution_IX_wagon+0 2.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_mitsubishi_lancer_evolution_IX_wagon+0 5.jpg

No car can blend hooligan fun and sensible utility quite like the Japan-only Evo wagon. It could win a WRC race, beat that punk with the 350Z down the street, and carry a whole set of spare tires for when you're done....

Third Place: BMW M5 Touring

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2008_bmw_m5_touring+6.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2008_bmw_m5_touring+7.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2008_bmw_m5_touring+8.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2008_bmw_m5_touring+5.jpg

The M5 is one of the fastest sedans in the world, and adding a huge cargo area barely slows it down. It's a 500-hp V-10-powered rocketship that can carry household appliances and run rings around some sports cars....

Second Place: Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG Wagon

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_mercedes_benz_e63_amg_wagon+03.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_mercedes_benz_e63_amg_wagon+02.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_mercedes_benz_e63_amg_wagon+01.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_mercedes_benz_e63_amg_wagon+07.jpg

A 6.2-liter, 7200-rpm V-8 with 507 horsepower? Sixty mph comes up in less than four and a half seconds, which is more than enough to make all seven passengers barf all over the beautifully crafted interior. Need we say more?...

First Place: Audi RS4 Avant

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_audi_rs4_avant+1.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_audi_rs4_avant+2.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_audi_rs4_avant+3.jpg

http://www.automobilemag.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0701_z+2007_audi_rs4_avant+4.jpg

With all-wheel drive, a 420 horsepower V-8 that revs to 8250 rpm and an interior that fits like a custom Armani suit, this may be the perfect sport wagon. Load up the kids and the dogs and go race through a blizzard....

What do you all think? Do you all agree with this Top Ten Sport Wagons?

I guess I just don't consider most of those "sport wagons" though I probably should.. I see cars like the Protege5, Saab 9-2, WRX Wagon, etc as "sport wagons".. those are all too long :P

Very Biased but the Roadmaster is not a hot wagon. Maybe if Chevy did a Impala SS wagon.

I would love to see Mazda market a Mazdaspeed 6 sport wagon. If they did it would sure be on this list.

with all the bracing they had to put behind the rear seats on the Mazdaspeed6 I'm thinkin chassis rigidity would suffer if it were made into a wagon. Maybe a removeable brace?

agreed though.. I'd love a Mazdaspeed6 wagon, but really how big of a market is there for cars like that? I know I've seen a few Legact GT wagons around but aside from that, not so much.

There would have to be some bracing but I wonder if it could be under the car. But it would make the car heavier.

Just afew LGTs? Their everywhere up here in NH, VT, and ME. You do not see them when you are at school?

You'd be surprised.. once you get off RIT's campus you see no subarus around. I guess only New England has smart people :)

Everyone here just has SUVs with highway summer tires with 4wd in the winter.. they can sorta get going but watch out if you expect them to stop in the winter haha.

I'd love a Speed6 wagon. Of course, I'd like it if they'd just build a 6-speed 6 wagon! Stupid Autotragic!

I really like the Audi RS4 Avant and BMW 335d touring (reminds me a lot of the P5) although nothing compares to the P5 :D...

That Alfa Romeo is...well that's just wrong...

I really like the front ends of the Opel Vectra and the Ford Mondeo concept but the rest of their body design sucks.

and as for the dodge magnum well, I try to forget they even exsist...

I like the face lift of the magnum. I would love any of those wagons, but that AMG in black with black rims would make many put their tails between their legs as I fly by them. The Audi and both the BMWs make my special area feel funny too.
