I got 2 new front tires mounted on the mp5 and he tole me the driver side bearing has play in it and that he cant do an aliment because of it. What part is he talking about, and where can I get it. IS it something I can fix my self?

I think if your still under warranty you can get it fixed im not too sure. I read something about it at www.protegefaq.net or .com i forgot. Anyways the part itself is about 70-80 usd. Labor from a shop will run around 120-150. Doing it yourself requires pretty good knowledge of whats under there. And if you dont have an impact wrench I wouldn't try it. Also try to get it fixed as soon as you can because your wheel can come off, and I might add both bearings may be going out as well so try to get both changed in the front. Both of mine were shot. you'll spend around 400 dollars if you get both done. Good luck. And don't forget to check the protege faq website look under tsb's for the wheel bearing.
