A few folks on the other Mazda forum site were complaining about a noise coming from the windshield of their MS3's, especially when its cold. Something to do with the cowl banging against the windshield. Are others experiencing this...if so, is there a fix? Thanks!
Oops, I think I meant cowling....

I have it when it is cold, its like a little squeak, I still have to bring it back to the dealer, but he said it is a common problem and they will be able to fix it by putting foam between the cowl and the windshield.

I thought it was the windsheild wipers, actually. Annoying as hell.

Hmm... I haven't noticed any noises just yet.
But then... the temps have been close to 60s. >_<
(finally dropping to 40s today and 20s overnight! Where is the snow?!?)

I have an '06 Mazda 3 sedan and all my windows are noisy when it gets cold. I have to roll them up & down a few times; probably the weatherstrip getting hard in the cold (no pun). My windshield isn't noisy. Mine is going back to the dealership (as soon as I get off my ass and take it in) for three issues I have had since I got it.
1) weatherstrip between front and rear door on both sides is getting "wavy?"
2) driver's side mirror is LOOSE - damn thing vibrates
3) my seatbelt SQUEAKS - it is the most annoying problem I have ever had in any vehicle ever!!!
I am within warranty so I should get a loaner.
