weird light reflection

Does anyone notice when they are driving at night there is a weird reflection to the left side of the gas gauge? Or maybe it is just me
Anyone know where is comes from?

its probly the light hitting the CEL light background, and all that other stuff on there. mines does it in the day. it kinda flips me out too cuz ill think the CEL is on.

On my stock cluster, I noticed that at night on the left side there was a lit spot. I assumed some of the paint had been scratched off when it was installed in the car, because the LX cluster I got doesn't have it.

Hmm, do you have any pics? I'd be curious to see if it's in the same exact spot. I don't have any pics of mine, I swapped it out 3 years ago before I had a digital camera.
