Well the day has come for me....

I sold the MP3 after 5+ years of serivce and a great driving experience. What did I get some may ask??? Jaguar X-type 2.5 AWD. The car is 5 spd manual with the luxury appointments. I wanted a car that had a nice ride, alittle bigger and nicer as well. I came across this car which is Jaguar certified with a 6 year warranty, even the clutch is warrantied!!! I would like to say I love Mazda and I am sure I will be driving another one in the future. Maybe in a year or so I will sell my Monte Carlo SS when it is done and purchase a clean MSP or have the wife get a Mazda. I will miss my MP3 and really grappled with the choice of selling her or keeping her, AND it was a tough decision. The Jag is great and so far I am happy.

I will stop in this sight from time to time to say hello. HOWEVER I do have many parts left over from the MP3:
1)VIS carbon Fliber hood w/ hood prop kit
2)DG carbon fiber grill
3)MP3 rims- 2 in good shape, 1 with some rash, 1 with more rash
4)Stock power mirrors from my MP3-Laser blue mica. Perfect condition
5)Altezza tails for a sedan
6)Stock air box
7)Stock shifter, knob and bushing-All taken off when new
8)Racing Beat axle back off the MP3

Hopefully this weekend I will post the correct pics in the F/S section along with the prices. These will be all local pick-ups.

i may need the axle-back...mine was bent when i was hit from behind and they tried to straighten it...it still points towards the ground.

Trust me it was a hard decsion to make. But it was time to move on and get something new. Owning my MP3 was the longest I ever kept a car. Usually I keep them for 6 months to a year and get something new. Mazda makes some great cars and I am sure I will own more of them later on.

What part of LI are you from?? When I owned my MP3 I saw others around from time to time but we never got a meet together someplace during the spring and summer months.

Thanks I will. Dont worry I will have some type of mazda car in the future. Too damn realiable not to own. Possibly a MSP, RX-7 or RX-8?? Maybe a MSP6.
