Not sure the part number, but if you call Mazda they could get it for you. Gonna be expensive to buy new, keep an eye in the FS section and post in the WTB section. People sell them pretty regularly. Good luck.

I'm almost positive it is 0000-86-C02_-00 BUT it was discontinued probably 2 years ago, so you just have to find one used.
