Lighting in the dash

Normally to turn the lights up or down in the dash you turn the knob next to the speedometer/tachometer clockwise and counterclockwise....By mistake I pushed it and it lights up the dash a lot stronger. If you have navigation it lights up like daytime. Very cool if you ask me. Just thought I'd let some people on here know.
