Sometimes when we mildly accelerate and bring in some boost in second gear, the car knocks and pings so bad, the car will pull timing and prevent much boost until the car is shut off and is restarted.
It is like someone put in 87 octane. (not the case, of course)
Car has 12,700 miles and is going to the dealer tomorrow morning.
