I am wanting to get a little bit of paint to paint a couple things on my MSP. I have heard rumors that the paint code was wrong on the door. Anyone have the exact paint code or know of a place I can get some? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Alex

I had good experience with this place. They put it in a spray can for you so no brushing :)

Looked on that website. The only yellow I saw was a sunburst yellow.

Likely you'll have to call them, it's a rare color so they probably wouldn't waste the time to put it on thier site. Any auto paint store can mix it for you, just give them the paint code off the door jam sticker. It's a three digit (Spicy Orange = 25T) somewhere on this site is all the paint codes for the MSP.
Didn't they use the Blazing yellow on some of the 2000 or 2001 limited edition Miatas?
When you see these colors in liquid form, they are simply amazing.

Look under 2002 Miata, paint code 26S. I think that is the match, but look at your door jam to be sure.

Our door jam sticker is of course like the Ford variety and looks like this:

The paint code is on the lower left, in this case - 54D.
Yours should look the same.
Just remember that if you are painting bumpers or any flexible parts to get a flex additive mixed in, and if it's a home job, it never hurts to get a fish eye reducer as well.
Use some PPG Wax and grease remover and don't touch the part with bare hands or even - actually - never with silicon based or latex gloves.

As was stated in other posts, call them and give them the paint code. If you feel that your code on your car is incorrect, call a local Mazda dealer and ask for parts and have them look the code up for you.

Yes that is correct. 26s is what the door jam says. Just wasnt sure about the whole 2002 miata thing on there website.
