You will only use 2 of the 3 bearings that came with the kit.

Damn, I'm the king of typo's up there.
Thanks man, the tranny is finally going back in tonight after 2 months of being down due to lack of parts + modifications needed for the QUAIFE.
Thanks again.

Who did your machining for the quaife? I plan on snagging one here in the near future.

We have one, but there's an extra in the kit that's not used. It threw me at first too and I had to PM JDMSam to clear it up. Good choice on the clutch, BTW. I've had mine for about 20k now and still love it as much as the day I installed it. Oh, and do NOT skip getting your flywheel resurfaced. It made a big difference in smoothness for me after I skipped it the first time around.

I did all of the work for the install.
You're lucky that you're in ATL, I can help you out 100% with the install.
The thing that takes the longest would be drilling out those damn 'rivets'.
(Luckily I have an extra one since I did luke's transmission.)
The rest of the machining can be done with a dremel.
Let me know when/if you get the Quaife and have time for the swap.
I'd plan a week where you can live w/o your car or atleast have a spare car. It shouldn't take more than 2 days to do the transmission + time for removal + reinstallation.

The modifications needed for the Quaife are minimal and it can be done in a relatively short period of time. On mine, the only modificatin I needed was to grind a little bit off one part (the little shift gate plate - not sure what the "real" name is). Pretty darn easy actually, but a bit nerve racking if you haven't done it before.
