I finished re-doing the head ports on my already ported and polished intake mani. The VICS and the VCTS have been removed. What do you all think of just the head ports?

well, i think you could've done a better job. see in that port closest to the camera? you should have removed that step from the VTCS butterfly.

also, there really isn't much benefit from removing the VICS butterflys, since the chamber that they open up to doesn't really go anywhere. they only open up to a resonance chamber that enhances naturally aspirated intake performance. it might provide a minor benefit on a turbo application, too, but i'm not 100% on that one.

Not too bad. But better pics would help us critique.
Are u gonna fill the VCTS notches?
I have barely started mine. How long did it take you?
Did u just use a rotary/dremel?
It almost looks like there's a ridge or step inside there...?

I bought some more dremel bits tonight. I am going to go over the entire inner surface to smooth it out a bit, and repolish it. I really couldn't do any more the other night because I ran out of bits. What ridge/step? Can you circle them with ms paint?

Yeah I used a dremel for the later steps, but the initial steps I used an air dye grinder, it's much faster that way. But it still took a while.
