Question about pulsating

I just put my MSP back to stock. I had a Vibrant exhaust, Hiboost FMIC, Unichip, Injen Intake on it and now that it's all off, when I start the car, it throws a CEL, the battery light goes on, and the car sounds like it is trying to catch an idle and pulsates. The headlights and everything kind of goes from normal to low normal to low. I got the battery checked today at NAPA and they said it was fine. The thing that confused me was that when I turn my air conditioning on, the pulsating stops. I dont know if I have to just drive the car around to let it reset itself since the Unichip is no longer on it or what? Any help would be appreciated.

If it ran fine all modded up, my money is on that you simply forgot to hook something up properly or something popped off allowing a vacuum leak. Go back and double check everything.

why dont you get the car scanned and see which code it is throwing?

Did you plug in your IAT sensor. That will cause it to illum the battery light if you didnt.

Intake air temperature. plugs right into the air box. and in the intake pipe one the aftermarket intakes.
