why does this make a clicking sound?

i would assume its because its a relay (i think) and thats what relays do. I can't remember what its for though. Mine has no mounting spot on my FMIC pipes and so its just kinda 'there' in the engine bay, it ended up resting against the firewall at one point and the clicking was reallllly loud. Anywho someone probably knows what its for, i just can't remember right now.

My engine makes a clicking sound too. So its coming from that Electrical Connector?
