All you have to do is call. The worst they can say is no.

Or the install yourself can't be that hard.

depends on the shop. Technically its a Federal Law that you have to have a cat, so it technically would be illegal for them to remove it. But some shops will work around that if you know somebody or some of the friends.

I wouldn't trust an average muffler shop mechanic to install the DP, it is a very involved install. You would be better off haveing a reputable speed shop do the install. If you have the tools and access to a lift you could do it yourself, I installed my CP-E DP by myself in about 5 hours.

Wow, that's more of a job than I thought. Did you ever dyno before or after? I consider myself fairly adept at auto mods, did quite a bit of work on my LS1 Z28's. Did you have a lift and airtools?

I used a lift, but no air tools, there really isn't room to use air tools. No dyno though, the closest AWD dyno is 5.5 hours away.

Well it's not really an easy job with having the turbo in the back against the firewall. I still don't get why they even do that.

well the ms6 motor is the opposite of the P5. The intake mani is in the front and the exhaust is in the rear. So it makes it a pain to work on.
