I'm talking about a boost gauge. I'm one for little hands whizzing all over the place so I was wondering if anyone had ever installed a boost gauge on the CX-7 yet?

...especially if you're going to "upgrade" your CX-7's performance!

I'm going to add one once I get a stereo adapter for the dash and mount it in the side of it since a DIN deck won't take up much of that big area.

I will be working on one that fits in one of the vents after the holidays.

If you really want an answer to that.. one isn't factory installed on most new vehicles because even though you are made known that it is a turbo car before purchasing it (usually), they don't want to make you think that the car has any more required upkeep compared to a naturally aspirated car.

Well...let me know how it turns out for those of you installing one. I'd be interested in the details on which you used, where you hooked it up and where you placed it in the cabin.

Thanks!

It's one of the "bummers" of owning this vehicle. I want a boost guage. My calibrated ass only gives me so much information!
