Ok so I need some help from you guys to pin point my problem. I am not totally sure. Have a few ideas myself. My car started to like dip really low when I start it up and then go back to normal. This started maybe a little more than a month ago. Seems to be happening more often now.Today my car started to dip up and down non-stop at a dead stop. But it didnt do it all the time. Seemed like it happened whenever I hadnt been driving the car for a while. I did have my mass air flow sensor relocated about a month ago also. But I seem to remember having this issue in a very minor case before that was done.
1 - I think that I may be running rich.
2 - The mass air flow might be having some issues already.
3 - Possible boost leak.( somewhere)
If you anybody has any ideas that would help me out I would greatly appreciate them. Thanks for any kind of help. Alex

Is it an on off type of rough odle, like all of a sudden then just disapears? What does your boost gauge read when it does it?

Clean the EGR, or replace. Check all vaccuum lines.
Also try blowing into the vac line going to the wastegate actuator. If air goes through, the diagphram is bad. I spent a long time trying to figure out where the hell my leak was coming from, finally saw an old thread about this and tried it, and that was the problem.

You should be careful to limit the inlet pressure of the compressor to 10 psi if you are checing the WGA..
Any more will likely destry the very thing you a looking to check..

For real?? I would think that past 6psi of pressure, the diagphram opens and theres no problem. I'm not so sure you can get 6 psi of pressure by blowing on it anyway, because like i've experienced, and like other people have said, if you blow into a functioning wga no air will leak out..... i dunno. I guess if you have a vacuum pump that you can figure out how to hook up that'd be the best route, but i couldn't figure out how to get mine sealed up to the wga.

Not sure if your bov is adjustable, but on my Greddy type s i had it on the loose setting and it would dip and almost stall. Try tightening the spring in it, it could be leaking at idle.

Well I had a discussion with several people tonight and think I am gonna mess with the BOV settings. I think I can put washers in it to make it stiffer. I know there are none right now. I have the Turbo XS rfl if that helps. I am also gonna try and replace most of my vac lines also. Hopefully that should fix it. If not I am gonna clean the EGR.

Here I was thinking that you were mostly stock. That changes everything, it usualy is the BOV letting air get by. try to tighten that up and see if that helps. I have the dual set upa nd it can still get like that at times, got to stay on top of it.
