the New MazdaSpeed 3? I currently have the MSP and I wont let it go unless I can actually drive one of these new cars. I have been calling around and havent found one place that will allow you to test drive them.

yes they will let you drive one if you're really serious about buying one. The dealer around my area lets me test drive pretty much whatever car I want. They'll even just throw me the keys and be like...see ya later. That's just because my family has done so much business with them. I test drove the speed3 with no problems at all.
If you're younger though you may problems getting behind the wheel. Bring your pops or any older sibling with you so that maybe the salesmen won't get the idea you're a lead foot. Tell them you're cross shopping that and an Si or Gti and they'll be like, oh the ms3 will blow them both away, then you'll be like...'well prove it to me.' good luck!
My parents had bought a mazda 3 5door for my mom from a guy, he saw on our insurance that we had a msp and asked who it was, they told him it was mine and got to talking about it for a while... he said he'd call us when they got the speed 3 in for a drive, figuring he might be able to get me to trade up... well he never did. Me and my dad went up there because he's interested in the CX-7 and said i was interested in driving the MS3, but he said they don't give test drives, they aren't even allowed to drive em.... sucks. But hey its probably for the better, now that i've gotten used to my car it feels kinda slow and if i drove somethin faster that'd be all that i'd want.

Steps to a test drive:
1) Wear decent clothes
2) look the car over as if your serious about purchasing.
3) Ask for the keys to see the interior
4) Ask to hear the exhaust note
5) Since the car is already running, and the test drive is where they can do mos tof the selling, all you have to do is suggest a short spin. It may take you a good 30-40 minutes. But again, you must atleast ACT as if your interested in purchasing.

LOL I'm really surprised to see you guys have a problem at all. It should be real easy when you pull up in your speed to go and check out the new speed. If you have any trouble just tell them your thinking of trading yours for the new one.
