ok so i was taking out the stock subwoofer enclosure and all the brackets..what is this little resister type deal for? any one mount it anywhere else off the subwoofer bracket..thanks for the info

That's the rear window defroster module, I would suggest mounting it somewhere behind the carpeting that you are folding over in the pic to keep it out of sight and clean.
