Dash kit

Anyone thinking about getting a dash kit? I was considering one from www.wooddash.com Thinking charcoal cherry or carbon fiber. I am torn about this now....I want a sporty and nice look at same time. Would it be too much if I put the carbon fiber look in it? 33 piece kit and includes CX 7 logo to go on glove box. What's your guys thoughts on this. Thanks! Kit is on sale for $223.02

does that install like laminate or are they actual carbon pieces to be installed. Carbon looks great just not sure about the workmanship of the pieces and fit and also rattles

See....so glad....before I saw it I knew it wouldn't look right. Like the idea of the piano black but it's already got some on there. My idea is a piano black strip across the front piece where the license plate is...bring it up a notch. Chrome may or may not be too much. I am a jewelry designer so maybe I know something about what looks good!;] Charcoal Cherry may be it for me!

That I would like to see. Much cleaner than the carbon, which I thought would had been pretty good.

The glossy piano-type finish is similar to what on the GT with tech package (the radio itself). It looks reallllly nice, but it smudges/fingerprints easily (I'll be keeping a cleaning rag in my car, LOL) -- I think it might look a little odd for the whole dash radio area to be in that high gloss black, and a little high maintenance.

I agree CX Rabbit. Had the piano black on my RX 8 and it was nice but on the 7 that's maybe too much space in that shiny stuff!
