Mazdaspeed Protege on Ebay

As much as I would like to believe I found this gem that no one else has seen, is there a reason this Protege is so cheap and that it has no bids?

well its not a mazdaspeed ... how the hell do you build a show car and spend as much time as they did, and keep stock seats / steering wheel / speed and tach faces. it's probably an ES with orange paint and a sound system

i have personally seen that car in the 'flesh', so to speak - first, its not a mazdaspeed. it started life as a black 2003 es. i would think too that all the "goodie" that have been added kind of detrast from the value.

You're right, it's not a mazdaspeed protege, the grill and interior arent from a msp. It's and LX, 4 lugs and black gauge faces give it away.

Why are his gauge faces black? Is there any aftermarket face that is that color because I thought all Protege's that year came with the white.

I had an '02 Mazda Protege ES with white guage faces. I don't believe this is an ES. Like someone said I think it's and LX. Did the LX's in '03 have the 2.0 liter or did they have the smaller engine?

Carfull bidding on it, when we were looking for a wakeboarding boat on ebay once and it was EXTEMLY cheap and we didnt want to "but it now" we called the lady and her account had been stolen and they wanted some one to do the buy it now and take the money and run somehow... Not sure just from first hand experience i would try to contact first.

All that work and no pictures of the engine? It must be a "Pimp my Ride" build. Wonder if the bottles have anything in them or are they just a fish tank or maybe a bubble maker or a snow machine.

it just said 2003 protege
it looks nice...from afar...i would never buy such a disgusting piece of crap..if maybne to resell...
