View Full Version : what rims do you think is best for the MSP?

I was thinkin about getting aftermarket rims on my laser blue MSP 2003.5...I was thinkin about getting black and polished lip that 17x7...I have 225/45/17 ZRI fuzion tires so im most likely going to stick to 17"...what rims would you prefer that is good on price

Mod your car to your liking, you will be the one seeing it the most. If you want opinions, I think gunmetal with or without a polished lip look great on Laser Blue.

Not without problems. The offset is too low. +40 offest will rub your fenders, probably both front and back. I have 17x7 +42 and they are very close. The rear left one did rub a bit if the car was lowered enough but the alignment fixed that. Try to find something with no lower than a +42 offset if you don't want to roll your fenders.

It's not that hard, it just does suck sometimes because what you want doesn't always come in the right size. For most wheels that don't fit, there is an alternative that looks identical, that will fit.
