it can't be that hard, prolly best to use the same letters used for spraying letters into bags...something like this...

Print it out on a few sheets of paper
then cut it out

Hmmmm I have a place that will actually make me that stencil.... Im sure theres got to be a place around you that will do it.

funny part is... I got this idea a few weeks ago after looking at the hiboost FMIC with their logo on it.

Any local decal or sign printing shop will be able to make one no problem. I would just print it out and use and exacto to save some cash imo! With the shape of the fins on the intercooler it wont have to be perfect to get great results.
