Working on selling my 360 elite for a PS3

Finally with the price right and the game selection right I can take advantage of a free online community and playback of unprotected media without microcrap requiring a costly xbox live account just to play some damn movies off my HDD

Carl you can already stream media to the PS3, and use netflix on the ps3 if you have a netflix account.

To reverse stream the content I am not sure.

a good streaming server program is "Playstation Media Server". It's java-based and can handle transcoding a large variety of file types. Much more robust than Windows Media Center and its extender service!

i've been doing this on xbox, but to prestige FAST, do hardcore head quaters, and go through all the assault riffles up to 500 kills, and do as many of the perk challenges as you can. if you finish a perk switch it, i've been doing nothing but this and comparison to a friend of mine who does death match i'm a 20 on the 4th prestige, and he is 40 on the third and he has a LOT more playing time than me

We have had a PS3 for a couple of years now, I think. I use the Blue Ray player. When we bought it, we got the Marvel Heroes game so my wife and I could play as a team against the computer, but I can`t get out of the first level. I had one go out the same way but mine was mostly from watching reg dvd's (supposedly hard on the readers). I looked at my receipt from Game Crazy and it was only a 1yr warranty but Sony covers the first year and the Game Crazy Warranty was for the second year.


So my PS3 died today.... doesn't read disc's. I'm sending it to Sony for repair, $160 w/ taxes and shipping. Just finished swapping back the old hard drive so I don't lose my good one somewhere!

My system went back due to the flashing yellow light they just swapped it and gave me another 60gig. I sent it out on Wednesday and had my replacement on the following Thursday (not the next day). I'm not sure how long it will take if they are actually going to fix it...

its actually very easy to create cars. you choose a body, spoiler, rims, seat, steering wheel, engine. In the beta there is only 5 body shells but looks like there is going to be a ton in the real game. then after choosing that stuff you can add things like decals spikes, even a fly and plunger around the car. you can change the color of the engine and pretty much everything else. the paint and sticker thing works good and it looks like in the full game you might be able to import your own images to make custom stickers and such.

most people that get nukes don't camp. they move around but make sure they stay behind their teamates so they aren't seen first by the enemy. its easy to prevent nukes. when you see a harrier come in SHOOT it down. Same thing with the chopper gunner or AC130. most people aren't going to get to their 25 kills without a majority coming from the chopper or plane.

as far as nuke's go....i personally never got one yet, but i never rock the tactical nuke killstreak. My choice of killstreaks?........Predator Missile, Harrier Strike, and Chopper Gunner. As long as my kill/death ratio is good, than i'm good.

i thought that game was horrible it was really slow paced...i think thats why i like mw2 its a good paced game

although mag has alot more players supported online so who knows how it will do

M.A.G is slower than mw2 but it has its good points. the way you gets weapons is pretty cool cuz you get points every time u level up that go toward buying weapon / weapon attachments and abilities. today I was playing for a bit and when you start off there are two game modes available to you in wich you basically play people from ur faction as a sort of practice skirmish with 32 ppl i think .
you level up fairly quick at first then you unlock next game mode sabotage were you fight with the other faction to either attack or defend. when I played we were defending and I used a sniper rifle with a front grip mainly. its harder to kill ppl in mag than in cod is what i noticed. the thing that kinda sucks is when you go into a match you have to wait a lil while for it to start sometimes. mainly in the game modes with more players. It was pretty good because we did work in a team and had each squad doing what it was supposed to be doing.
if ur used to playing mw2 i suggest u turn up the sentitivity because it is pretty low In my opinion.

another cool thing is the fact that you can customize ur characters appearance and some of the cloth are only available at higher levels.

the graphics are nothing great but its most likely because they want to focus on the gameplay being that this is the first fps with that many players.

in conclusion I think I live MW2 better but this is a game that is in a whole different category as far as what they are trying to achieve so it is not exactly a even comparison.

Anyone try out the BF: BC2 demo yet? I downloaded it last night and played for awhile, its pretty dope. The movement is a bit more stiff than cod but the fact u can destroy your surroundings like buildings, fences, trees, etc is just too badass. The vehicles are cool too, I got in the chopper and crashed it. lol. It's gonna take sometime to be able to fly it properly.

thats my main complaint about COD (aside from the care package glitch that OWNED MY ASS last night).... two chopper and one AC130 missions, one stint on the mini gun in the humvee, nothing on a 50 cal machine gun...
