Last night I climbed into my car, pressed the clutch pedal and an awful noise was emited down by my feet in the engine area. I didnt turn the car on and I just pumped the clutch pedal a few times and it kept making a horrible noise. I turned the car, and for the first block of driving it continued to make the noise when pressing the clutch. I got home and turned the car off and pressed the clutch a few times and I could hear the noise increasing each time I pressed it. Does it have to do with lubrication or fluid that might not be where it should when the car is first started or shut off and clutch pressed many times. I'm clueless

hi, former P5 owner here. i had a noise with my clutch pedal too. it sounded like a spring stretching and making a "creeking" and "clicking" noise. it didn't happen all the time though. is this the same sound you heard?

Did you get under there and have a look???

Probably something that you can just fix yourself..

If it's clicking, just grease the clutch fork. Worked for me.
