Just received the package today (shipped from Japan-Thanks to TheMan)!

Didn't have a chance to install it yet, but I gotta say the quality of this bar is just awesome. It's light and there are no pivot points. Too bad I couldn't afford the three point bar.

I just added a pic of my old Gtspec bar for reference.

I want one! Willing to give any specifics on how you got it, other than with the help of TheMan? Price?

Great looking piece (wipes drool off chin)

I'm going to get some pics of it installed tomorrow.

TheMan is the only way to get these bars for now. I couldn't find any vendors that would carry carbing bars for the protege. I paid $230 shipped for the 2 point strut bar. The 3 point bar was about $400-ish shipped.

Damn that's steep but judging by your pics and other Carbing bars I've seen on various Hondas and Acuras, it looks like it's worth it if you can afford it.

I went to their website and I thought it was pretty sexy how on some models they incorporate a brake cylinder stabilizer into the strut tower bar, geniuses I tell ya.

The only problem for the three point bar was that the brake cylinder stopper is on the opposite site (made for the japanese market).
