So I was just looking around on ebay and came across:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FACTORY-ORIGINAL-17-MAZDA-MAZDASPEED-PROTEGE-WHEEL-RIM_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ43957QQihZ002QQitem Z120048523817QQrdZ1#ebayphotohosting

Not sure how it was done, or...anything about it.
But it gave me the idea to do the same to mine...since I'm going for a Titanium/Red theme all around the car. I don't have money for new wheels and I like the Racing Harts...but I think they might look pretty good if I could powdercoat the lettering or something.

Anyway...is it possible? Or is that just paint? Has anyone else done this...and....anyone know where and how much it would cost?

:) Thanks

that rim belonged to a memeber, car was totalled and then a while after that the rim showed up on ebay, guess someone from the salvage yard pcked it up. But anyways the member painted them himself I believe. It wouldn't be that hard, just takes a steady hand, pateince and small paint brushes. I don't kow how feasible it would be to PC it, kinda a involved process to do such a small area, not to mention the cost if you were to pay somebody. I have a friend who is an automotive painter and he started it on one and then decided it was too tedious. It said if he decides to finnish it, he'll get a pinstripper to do it.
