is there a seperate part number for the alarm module box for Mazda's factory alarm system? i have a 2001 Protege ES which is having some issues with the alarm, and i think it has to do with the control module.

also, can you scan and email me the installation instructions for the alarm system (P/N 0000-8F-C04?), if you have them?

If you give me your e-mail address I can shoot you a PDF of the instructions. As for the control module, you have to order the complete C04 kit.
