hey guys im installing my downpipe on my msp right now but I cant seem to get the 2nd o2 sensor off (the one thats after the cat) im using a 7/8 wrecnch. is that the right size? also I used some of that pb blaster and still cant get it to break free!

Tell me you didn't spray on the inside...
If so... Leave the O2 where it is and buy a new one..

NO!! lol on the outside it wont break free at all

Its 7/8ths. Put some more muscle into it lol. use another boxend for more torque.

I couldnt get mine off. Ended up going to Auto Zone and buying their bosch universal o2 sensor. Cost me $80. Had to wire the plug myself. Not difficult at all.

just got done!!! I think gettin the sensor off took the longest!!!! LOL all and all it took about 2 hours And damn it feels ALOT better!! Well worth it!!!!:)

Use a torch to heat it then break torque..
