Hi all,

I'm new tot he boards and I have just purchased my first Mazda. I will have a Black Mica MS3 GT delivered on October 30. Does anyone have any advice for a first time Mazda owner regarding things to watch for?

w/ being a new MS3 owner the first thing I would watch out for is the cops....because they'll be after you for speeding LOL

One thing that you need to watch out for is increased facial wrinkles, You will be smiling so much! :) Congrats!

The first thing I would think about is adhering to a strict oil change schedule. I am not sure what Mazda reccomends as far as the mileage interval on the MS3, but staying around 3k per oil change will greatly increase the longevity of a turbo engine. Turbos cook the oil pretty bad, and tend to break it down much faster than the normal aspirated engines.

i thought there was no sun roof option on the ms3... you getting it put in by the dealer or something and ruining the structual supports in the roof?
