This is the part i need, i wasn't sure of the name so a made a picture. I also need the clips for the front part of this plastic piece.

cardboard for now? haha, good luck man, i dont think the part is very expensive from mazda... My friend had it rip off on his Prelude the other day after driving over something and it ran him 80 bucks for a new one.

I am also looking for a splash guard (if thats what its called). But I need one for a MP3. Also it needs to be for the passengers side rear wheel. I just recently realized that I have one for the drivers side rear, but it seems that the other one is missing (it seems to have mounting holes, so I guess it got ripped off somehow). Let me know the part number and price.

The MP3 uses the same ones as the MSP. So the ones I have listed earlier are correct for your car too.
