Master power window switch
Part# BL8M66350 MSRP-132.55 Website-106.04

As for the key I have a flip key set-up for the Mazda 3 that should work on the 01 and up Protege's. The flip-key setup is 75.50, that is for the key and the transmitter. I will try one on my wifes P5 today or tomorrow to make sure it works.

wait theres a flip-key for the mazda3? is it an order only part? because the keys that come with the 3s are a new standard key with the same keyfob from the protege series....

and for the window switch, thats just for the one switch that is the auto power switch correct? lol thats expensive for just that switch.

but thank you and let me know if it works on your wife's car....thats awesome.

There is a flip key kit for the 04-06 Mazda3. It is listed in the "MISC" catalog on the website. It is 75.50 shipped. I am still working on finding a setup that works on the 07 Mazda3.

As for it working on the Protege's I have never thought about it but I will take a transmitter home tonight to see if it works.

any pictures of it you can post at all? or does it look like the standard Mazda flipkey?

EDIT: the reason I ask is because I work at a Mazda dealership myself (Nucar Mazda) and I know there wasnt a flipkey avail. from the factory so Ive unfortunately never seen it.

Transmitter- GP7A675RYB (yes this does have a trunk release button on it but no it does not function when used with a Mazda3).

Sorry I will try to make it up to you.:)

I did try a couple last night but none of them worked. I am going to take another hand ful with me tonight and see if any of these work.

The only problem is the price of the ones in this next batch. I will report my findings.

ok, its cool. I am in no huge hurry on this as even if it does work I wont actually do it for a slight bit of time.

Im between either doing a flipkey or just buying 2 standard mazda 3 keys and doing an aftermarket alarm w/ shock sensors and 2-way remotes.

This is a matter of opinion. To get a flip key with a functional remote it will cost 192.00 and that is at website pricing.

I don't have a picture of the remote but it is a 4-button remote and is used on the 05 Miata.

the sad part? Im throwing around the EXACT same dilemma!!

I want to go with a clifford system or get this key... cant decide.

Its all dependant on my stereo decisions..

And baggie do you know if its possible to run the MP5 shock sensor module on the MSP? If so, prices and parts plz :)
