Volvo forcing maybe a mz3 coupe?

I was looking at the new volvo C30 that's coming out soon and it looks liek a pretty sweet car. You can probably check it out at volvocars.com, but I started thinking....volvo has the c40 which is the same platform as the mz3, and now that this c30's coming out, and VW has the GTI in full effect, and the Caliber is out too, do you think Mazda might come out with something like a mazda3 coupe, or 3door? I think that would be so nasty if they made the 3 available also as a coupe.

Anyways, just food for thought. Maybe we can get enough talk stirring to get mazda thinking about it and take some action.

I'd like them to get to work on the RX-8 wagon (http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2716588&postcount=83) before they work on the Mazda 3 3 door.

there is no way they are coming out with a mazdaspeed 3 door. However they have a concept car that is a 3 door and looks amazing.

see, I think that a mazda3 coupe would look really nice, kind of like a bmw 3-series coupe. I don't know. I guess I figured since companies like bmw, and honda have their main compact sedans as coupes as well, then maybe mazda would follow along or something.
