possibly looking to buy rear calipers. i see on the website it shows....w/o Sport Susp and w/Sport Susp. What is the difference?

You would need the with sport suspension.
As long as you don't need the mounting bracket these are you part#'s and pricing.

You only need the part#'s that I provided. Your mounting bracket looks just fine.

if im replacing...would it be worth it to upgrade to msp spec? what would be the price difference?

Sorry for the delay I have been absolutly swamped today.
To upgrade to the MSP rear brakes would run you 832.79 and that is at website price. That price includes OE calipers, rotors and pads.
