I've had about all I can take from the 'mattress in the trunk'
My car is lowered with the Pro-Kit. The swaybar bushings normally squeek
like crazy, but I've removed them, lubed them, and they no longer make noise. However yesterday I had my g/f stand in the trunk (she's short) and basically jump so I could track the problem. It turns out, as the driver side spring compresses there is the squeek. I doussed it with wd-40 to confirm and waaalllaaaa it stopped........for 20 miles!
I can fit my hands in there to squees the coils together enough for 1 or 2 squeeks so that confirms the locatino of the noise. Now can anyone tell me the cause, or how to get rid of it? Or is it still, possibly a bad strut?
Thanks
