Can anyone give me some tips on replacing the bulb for the lowbeams. My drivers side one burnt out a few days back and it's my first time replacing a bulb. I followed the instructions in the drivers manual, but I cannot get the plug off of the bulb. I pull straight back as hard as I can, but I actually start moving the bulb inside the housing. I just won't budge, has anyone else had issues getting the plug off.

I'm in a 2002.5 Protege 5 btw. Please give me some advice.

theres a metal clip that hooks on the plug so it doesnt wiggle or fall out. that piece is pretty much a pita from my experience, but once you unclip it the bulb comes right out.

Pretty much just pull, that's all I can say, I had the same problem, it will eventually give. Then buy some HID's.
