Today CX 7 day??

Ok gang...I am up early and thinking about my day...today I am suppose to meet the buyer to get my money from him and give him my car. I am nervous and hope it all works out. I went to the dealer last night and worked out some numbers on a CX 7. All they had were a bunch of blacks, 2 coppers, 1 grey and 2 pearl whites.....all Tourings and GT's except for the one white sport model. I did not want to have a high payment again so I decided to take the white sport once my deal on my RX 8 is done. I am getting $250 below invoice....the white one comes with Moonroof/Bose, power seat, preferred pkg, bumper step plate, remote engine start, fogs. It's black cloth. I want to add the autodim mirror w/compass. White was my 3rd choice in color...I wanted electric blue. I checked inventory at other dealers and all the blues were GT's except one sport with no moonroof....I have to have moonroof. Also, he said he'd give me the $250 below invoice if I purchased something in stock otherwise it would be more. I won't argue as I will need a car today. I like the white anyway. So, after a couple months on the forum maybe today I will be sharing some pics of my new CX 7. Stay tuned.....Thanks for listening and sharing these last couple months! Wish me luck!!! Wendy

Got the electric blue GT with black leather and remote start and preferred pkg! Can't seem to start a thread...tells me to log in and I already logged in a bunch of times....would not let me download pics....got the log in message!! Argh! I will be amazed if it lets me post this!!

Lookin good! So what prompted the change from the white sport to the blue GT?

It's what I originally wanted except that I prefer the beige leather. I went to my original dealer for kicks to see the blues they had...I knew they were all GT's. I was thinking that the payment would be too high on a GT and it was not as bad as we thought and the hubby was not fond of the cloth. We actually found out we could get the S Plan pricing too so that helped! Taking her in next week for the inspection and to fix a scrape on the silver trim piece on shifter panel...oh and the passenger door is making a rubbing sound. I love this car and am esctatic that I got the blue. The more I look at it and see the others, the more I knew this was the color for me!! Saw a black one on the road today and I like black but the blue you see the curves of the car more I think. That is why I chose silver on my RX 8...the curves stood out more and I normally am not a silver fan. All the colors are nice though. Put some silver pedal covers on and I have to figure something out....they are too close...may have to get actual pedals instead of covers.
